GRASMERE SPORTS COMMITTEE LTD - JOB VACANCY

GROUNDSMAN / CARETAKER VACANCY:

Following the recent retirement of their Groundsman the Sports Committee are looking for an enthusiastic person or persons to look after the sports field and pavilion on Stock Lane, starting in the new year.

They are looking for someone to maintain the grounds, handover keys and support events on the field, liaise with contractors and perform small jobs around the place.  They also need someone to clean and look after the interior of the building.

These roles could be combined or maybe performed by a partnership – we are open to suggestions.  Hours are flexible, but will involve more work during the growing season and around events.

If you would like to find out more, please contact the Sports Manager, Deborah Black, on 07977 542853 or [email protected] if you prefer.  Deborah will be pleased to discuss the role(s) and explain how the recruitment will be carried out.
